I felt it was important for me to help other women and families have empowering birth experiences, because I found that possible through my own. Now, after 10 years of service to families through the childbearing years, my greatest strength is helping families navigate through the unknown! Helping them to make educated and informed decisions so they make the best choices for their own unique family.
With my many years of doula experience, I have been apart of and witnessed many different kinds of births. With my experience, I have confidence in all birth settings, and strive to help my clients to feel comfortable, confident, and heard in their birth space. More and more people reached out for postpartum support and I quickly realized the HUGE need for it. I've been a serious postpartum doula for the last 5 years and have such a special place for these families in my heart. Postpartum support is vastly different from family to family and what their needs are. Much of my support is revolved around kitchen work like cleaning, snack prep, and meals made. And some families find it best to have me in their homes overnight to help ensure they get more restful sleep to greet the day ahead.

Over the past 13 years as a doula, I’ve often found myself reaching for my phone to capture those tender, unforgettable moments—like a quiet connection between partners during labor, or the magical first meeting with baby.
Even with just my iPhone, I’ve been able to catch some truly special images—when the lighting cooperated! (And let’s be honest, babies love to arrive at 3 a.m.)
So, I decided to take things to the next level. I’ve invested in a professional camera to better capture those raw, beautiful, fleeting moments—so you can relive them, cherish them, and gush over them for years to come.
